Not Accurate or Trustworthy
My 4yo daughter has eczema which is often triggered by food sensitivities, in addition to food and environmental allergies. It's been incredibly difficult to nail down what her sensitivities are because, unlike with her actual allergies, sensitivity reactions take anywhere from half a day up to several days to present depending on how much she ate/was exposed to. That means I have to remember back to every single thing she ate, what products were used, etc. within the last several days to try to determine what could have caused her reaction. Using that method, I knew tomatoes, strawberry, food dyes, and some preservatives were sensitivities. She’s had multiple allergy tests performed and neither tomato or strawberries are allergens, which meant they had to be sensitivities. Within the month before purchasing this test for her, I found out her primary doctor’s office offered a food sensitivity test so I had it done. Given that she's 4 they could only draw so much blood and could test for only so many things. I had recently done this test for myself and decided I would purchase another for her. I thought it was a great idea because that meant no more needle sticks and blood draws for my baby girl and we'd have a greater list of results and know better what to avoid to help her little body avoid as many eczema flares as possible.
Results from her CheckMyBodyHealth's test came back and, to my surprise, NONE of her bloodwork-proven food sensitivities showed as being sensitivities at all. NONE OF THEM. That’s 10! Ten food sensitivities we know for a FACT that she has that weren’t even a blip on CheckyMyBodyHealth’s results.
How is that possible if their tests are accurate? I requested a refund for both my test and my daughter's because I was no longer confident in the accuracy or confident in the results of either test. I was told no refund and that bloodwork tests and their testing methods are different therefore the results couldn’t be compared. Excuse me? A food sensitivity is a food sensitivity regardless of the testing method.
In my opinion, these tests are a waste of money and I have no confidence that they're accurate.

quality vs speed
I have found the results on the mark, and it really helps me to know what I can eat while feeling well. The only complaint I have is on their speed. Yes, they do return results in just a few days after acknowledging that they have your sample. However, it might be weeks before that happens. I have never gotten results back more quickly than three weeks. I still use them, but I consider their speed a drawback.
(later) After writing the previous review, I spent some time looking at the other posted reviews. It seems as if, by far, most of the complaints come from speed of service. You need to fix this. Either your mail service needs to be replaced or (and this one I think is true) the samples pile up until you get to them, and when you get to them is when you say you received them. Nothing else makes sense. Fix it, please! I seriously thought about looking elsewhere before sending my last one in simply because it's no use to get results when there has been so much time the results might no longer apply to you.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I ordered two of the same test and got entirely different results. I emailed them and asked for a refund and they didn’t respond. I IG messaged and they said they couldn’t find my email, so I copy and pasted the email and they aren’t responding now on IG either. They have a money back guarantee but they just ignore you
Don't give them your money
Don't give them your money, this is scam.
Paid to test family of four, they did not send any tests... Few days later, I called just to being told that I need to prepare hair samples in clear plastic zip bags and send them over to them.
The so-called test results came back in a few days, with random gibberish.
Asked for refund, I was denied. They will never return your money. Stay away from them.
Edit: In the response they mention:
- "product", they're actually not selling any product.

this statement should be a dead…
this statement should be a dead giveaway:
"2. Where do you want your results sending?"
It appears to be connected with china or ?
I would write a review if I ever get…
I would write a review if I ever get the test kit. I ordered it on April 21 and still have not gotten it. It shouldn’t take this long, if you have not sent it I want to cancel and you can credit my account. I would call that poor service.

Excellent customer service
My hair or sample was taking longer than the expected two weeks so I emailed customer service. Kara, the customer service agent, responded promptly and went above and beyond to help. Not only did she assure me that sometimes it can take up to three weeks, but she offered to prioritize my sample when it was received so I would get my results faster. She provided excellent customer service and I would recommend this company to anyone.

EVERYONE SHOULD FIND OUT THEIR FOOD SENSITIVITIES
The customer service was great. I needed a lot of help when my codes wouldn't show up but I received the guidance to get my results, and I am already losing weight after the cutting out of my diet the worst sensitivities. More energy, weight loss, more joy.

Best Customer Service Around
Honestly, best customer service that I've dealt with. Kerri responded quickly and we were able to resolve an issue in less than 24 hours after my initial email. If you need something - reach out - and hope Kerri is there to assist. They are really on their game.
Well impressed
Well impressed with the detail of the report and 2 weeks into my new eating regime based on the findings, I feel a lot better in myself and have also lost 5.5lbs without dieting!
I intend doing another test after a few months to see if things have changed.
Thank Lois for your prompt response
Thank Lois for your prompt response. I'm a new customer and was wondering if they have gotten my sample in the mail. It's just a little delayed and she very kindly explained it to me

Covid-19 Rapid test, package does not work
I have purchased a Covid-19 rapid test as per gov guidelines. I thought as they were linked from the gov website, they could be trusted. A big mistake.
The QR codes that takes you to the site as well as to enter your specific Covid-19 test neither of them work, so you have to type both of them in. A bad omen but they still function.
However, the problem is when you try to run the test. To do that, you need to scan a QR code of the actual test strip and that does not work and there are no alternatives ways of entering the data. So after all that struggle, you are stuck and can't take the test.
I just emailed them to ask for an urgent solution, but considering how bad everything has gone with the test, I don't believe they can do it.
What a waste of money. Avoid it if you can
